The 26th Edition of
the Varsity Show will be held in the
auditorium of Berea High School on
Wednesday, October 26th at 7:00 pm.
It is the culmination of the
Marching Band Season and is a show designed to invigorate and excite
everyone attending this event. The Varsity Show is a review of the
band’s marching and dance routines from throughout the entire season
and is a memorable experience!
To help preserve the memories of the
season, the Band Boosters publish a souvenir program for the Varsity
Show. This is an opportunity for all parents, grandparents, friends
and others to show their appreciation and support for their
child(ren) or special marchers by placing an ad in the Varsity
Show Program. This ad can be a cartoon, a favorite picture
(past or present), a word of encouragement and thanks, or just a
note to say “I’m proud of you”. Be creative and have fun!
Original pictures will be scanned for printing purposes and returned
to you at the concert.

Please
help make this year’s Varsity Show a special keepsake for yourself
and your marcher by placing an ad in the program. The prices
for the ads are as follows: $30.00 for a full page, $20.00 for ½
page, and $10.00 for ¼ page. Click on link below for an order form
and samples from a prior year’s program to give you some ideas.
There is also a layout for the ad so you can format your special
message to fit into the allotted space. Please have your ad ‘copy
ready’ when you return it with your payment.
For every ad placed, you will
receive a complimentary program. Students, families and friends not
placing an ad may purchase a copy of the program at the
concert.
DEADLINE to place the ads by Friday, October 15th.
Payment is due with the ad and checks should be made payable
to Berea Band Boosters. You can send your ad (placed flat in
a clearly marked envelope) to the address below, or you can place it
in our “Booster Box” in the band room. If you have any questions,
